* Please note that we require a Birth Certificate on enrolment to our centre. (A copy will then be placed on our files).
A non-refundable fee of $10 is required to join our Waiting List. The fee is payable for each child you would like to add to the waiting list. Please put any subsequent children on our waiting list as soon as possible to ensure they have the best possible chance of being offered a place once they reach the appropriate age.
If you change address, email or telephone number after this time, it is important you provide us with the new details so we can contact you.
If parents wish to accept a place once offered, a non-refundable enrolment fee of $100 will be required to secure the position.
Please note we offer kindergarten places to families in this order
1. Current Kindy children at Chapel Hill who are delaying exit from Kindy into Prep.
2. Current Pre Kindy children who have attended all terms.
3. Wait List children – in order of the date they were placed on the list.(Children are placed on our waiting list from the date payment is received i.e. our $10 Waitlist Fee.

As we offer places in strict Waitlist order, you may wish to secure a place on our digital Waitlist for a kindergarten place using the link below:
If you have difficulty accessing the online Kidsoft Waitlist you can download a form here and send this through to our office at: info@chapelhillkindy.com.au
Please note that the Waitlist link above is for the full Kindergarten program, not the Pre-Kindergarten group.
When adding your child to the Waitlist please do this from the year they will start in Kindergarten (please see the date list at the top of this page for reference).
Currently the Pre-Kindergarten waitlist is kept separately and is not on Kidsoft.
If you also wish your child to be added to the Pre Kindy list, for the year prior to their kindergarten program, please email Jill at info@chapelhillkindy.com.au
It will first ask you to join the parent portal, then send you an email verification link, following which you can add your details.
Please get in touch if you have any problems with this.
At the time of joining the Waitlist we request a fee of $10 which can be paid directly to our bank:
